PROGRAM MANAGERS
Although DontGetLost Adventure Running is primarily a volunteer run, not-for-profit organisation, we do have employees to keep our extensive programming running.
Program Managers primary tasks include administering our Adventure Running Kids program that runs in the Spring and Fall, acting as Race Directors for many our various weekend races and coordinating volunteers for all our other various programs and races.
Patrick Saile

Program Manager: ARK Hamilton, KW and Niagara.
Race Director: Spring ARK Fest, Raid the City, Peak-2-Peak, Raid the Hammer, Icebreaker & Fall ARK Fest.
A native of Hobart, Tasmania (that's part of Australia by the way) we found Patrick living out of a van travelling around Canada.
With his extensive orienteering and coaching experience, he was a perfect fit for the Program Manager role we had recently advertised, 'for a couple of years while on his working holiday visa'.
That was 2010. Since then our Adventure Running Kids program has grown to multiple communities in Southern Ontario, our race calendar has nearly tripled in size and Patrick became a fully fledged Canadian in 2021.
Not content with just adventure flavoured races and kids programs, Patrick can also be found coaching adults at Alchemy Community Fitness in Hamilton.
